This is a common problem caused by improper wearing! You must:
Do not wear the collar for more than 12 hours a day and adjust the collar position every 2-5 hours;
Make sure the conductive column is covered with a rubber protective cover and check the skin condition daily;
If redness or swelling is found, stop using it immediately and consult a veterinarian.

Pulling out the remote control antenna can enhance the signal;
Make sure the collar is powered on and fully charged (green light is always on);
Avoid using it in metal buildings or areas with strong electromagnetic interference.

The remote control (1200mAh) and collar (700mAh) need to be fully charged for 2 hours (red light turns green);
If the battery life is insufficient, check whether the backlight is turned on or the search mode is kept for a long time (automatically sleeps after 30 seconds of no operation);
Low temperature environment (<0°C) will shorten the battery life, so it is recommended to charge at room temperature.

The collar supports IPX7 waterproof (1 meter underwater for 30 minutes), and can be used in rainy days or swimming;
But the magnetic contacts must be wiped dry before charging, otherwise poor contact will cause charging failure!
The remote control is only splash-proof (IPX65), do not immerse in water.

Each device has an independent frequency band. When training multiple dogs, keep a distance of more than 10 meters to avoid signal interference. If the collar cannot be found, turn off the power of other collars first, then press and hold the on button on the top of the remote control for 3 seconds to restart and search again.

Check that the collar is powered on and the signal connection is normal (green light flashing = not connected);
The conductive post may be blocked by hair or dirt, clean the contact point with a damp cloth;
If it still doesn’t work, use the included electric shock guide post to test whether the current is normal.

The collar works at a temperature of 0~45°C. Low temperatures may cause battery performance to deteriorate.
Preheat the collar close to your body before training (such as putting it in your pocket).
Avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures below -10°C.

Shock level: Short press button C (shock button) to select the current level, double-click to quickly increase the intensity by 10% (up to level 99). Buttons F (Level Down) and G (Level Up) can gradually reduce or increase the intensity.
Vibration level: Short press button D (vibration button) to switch the vibration intensity (levels 1 to 18).
Real-time display: The remote control screen will display the current mode icon and parameter value

Make sure the collar is in the center of the dog’s neck, with the conductive column facing the throat, and put on the rubber protective cover.
The tightness should be such that a finger can be easily inserted. Too tight may damage the skin, and too loose may affect the effect.
Wear it for no more than 12 hours a day, and adjust the position of the collar every 2 to 5 hours. If you find skin redness or swelling, stop using it immediately and consult a veterinarian.
